FAQ's and Warranty Information

Free Shipping on All Orders to the Lower 48 States:

No International Shipping at this time.  Available to ship to the United States only.

Most orders ship USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail.  Most orders too heavy for First Class Package (13 oz) can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorates at no additional charge using various Priority Mail Flat Rate and other options.  Orders too large for Priority Mail boxes may be shipped in multiple Priority Mail boxes, or may ship using UPS Ground to the Lower 48 States. 

Large orders, outside the Lower 48 States or due to unforseen special requirements, may need additional shipping fees. We will contact you with options if needed.  

Sales Taxes:

Sales Taxes are collected for Nebraska and Lincoln Nebraska only. Added at Checkout.

Speaker Cable Warranty Details:

Warranted against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser wants to use it! This warranty does not cover abuse or misuse, accidental damage, cuts or crushing. The cause of damage is the final determination of the manufacturer. Proof of sale and return of the cable to SpeakersForMusic by the owner is required for warranty coverage. The sole remedy will be repair or replacement of faulty components. Damages are limited to the cost of the cable. Connectors are warranted as above.

Special assemblies using heat shrink materials are warranted for 2 years, same warranty conditions as above.

Locking IEC Power Cables:

Warranted for one year against defects only, same conditions as above.

Warranty Returns:

Please email SpeakersForMusic for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without authorization are not accepted.
Include a copy or print out of your purchase receipt for credit or warranty repair. Shipping to SpeakersForMusic is the responsibility of the customer under most circumstances.  If item is determined to be under Warranty terms, return shipping to you is paid by SpeakersForMusic. 

Out of Sock Item:

Due to many different circumstances, if a product listed for sale on this site is unavailable to ship within 2 business days, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order.

Non-Warranty Returns and Customer Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is very important. Returns for credit are accepted if you request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. Contact us through email for approval and RMA number and a reason for the return will be needed.
